Andrea will be discussing the creation of his painting "A Rising Tide Lifts All Boats" which is a commentary on climate change impacts in Washington DC. He will be joined by Maribeth DeLorenzo, Deputy Director, Urban Sustainability Administration and Dan Guilbeault, Chief, Sustainability and Equity Branch from the District Department of Energy and the Environment who will talk about the District's strategy to fight and adapt to climate change.
